melatonin = epic dreams * 1

Try some. 5-10mg works for me every time. It's also a damn good natural sleep aid.

The ones I have are 5 mg "super strength 100% drug free sleep aid" made by natures bounty. 5mg is enough for me I have only taken 10mg a few times.

I used melatonin for over 10 years and have never remembered a single dream.

This

I always have the 5mg melatonin pills kicking around, they help me get to sleep when I'm too restless. The 5mg pills usually work fine to put me down but you just have to remember to take them an hour  before you want to go to bed. 10mg will always knock me the fuck out for sure though.
I always have crazy crazy dreams on it but never remember them.
I also find it extremely hard to wake up early the next morning after eating melatonin.

Melatonin is awesome. I always have pretty vivid dreams but melatonin definitely enhances them

:highfive:

Melatonin never did much for me.

Maybe its because I expected it to work like ambien.

--------------------
Of course it's happening inside your head.
Why should that mean it isn't real?

I wanna know what kind of "melatonin" you've been taking in that case.

I have heard of melatonin but have never been interested in trying any. I sleep well and usually have INTENSE semi/full lucid dreams nightly without the help of anything else other than the DMT thats released in dreaming sleep.

I've only had two dreams (that I can remember) influenced by drugs irl - One of 'em I fell asleep wicked stoned, dreamt it was a normal day smoking pot and hanging out, then woke up buzzed and wake'n'baked. I swear to god it was just three days blended together. Have you ever gone to sleep sober and dreamt of being high on something, even if you've never done it before? (for me: shrooms all the time, coke once, and when I was a little kid I'd have slo-mo recurring dreams where I was drunk.)

The same 5mg "extra strength" capsules that the OP takes

I usually take 2 of them

Ambien sucks.
