one of my strains gives me this pounding headache when i smoke it
is it jus the genetics or something i did wrong curing or growing it?

how well did you flush it and how long did you take to dry it. could be nutes or chlorophyll

since you were growing in soil I'm going to say that the 2 week flush wasn't quite sufficient. I don't know what your nutrient regimen was though, if you were using organics then this is irrelevant, but if you used chemical ferts they tend to stick around in the soil for much longer than a week.

i find that pot makes me more aware of the things that my body wants me to change.
maybe thats like the same thing.
