Not Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks but your favorite home brew? (although DD > Starbutt)
I've been using
Its all organic and has a hint of dark chocolate flavor apparently. (I cannot taste it right now)

Kona is way too acidic for my taste. The best coffee comes from African beans

Starbucks Italian Roast is a great coffee though. I use it hot, iced, and for espresso. Its one of my favorites.

Thanks man
Its like this man: I'm almost out of that coffee and I'm getting a $20 gift card for the grocery store soon. So I'd like to make sure I get some dank coffee before I spend the money on food (which has been scarce lately).

I think as far as hawaiian bud is concerned, outdoors is where it's at. Having the semi-equatorial sun makes the plants sticky and strong/potent.

I personally drink Folgers Special roast. I know its ghetto and it tastes like old running shoes but it's the best part of my day still. As for starbucks fuck all that. The barista at my local shop asked if my wife wanted her beans burned like starbucks too when she tried to order a drink by a starbucks brand name.

Try Don Francisco's French roast. It is simply what coffee should taste like, nothing extraordinary though. It is not acidic at all and tastes very clean and plain, very good when you consider it's price.(pretty cheap)

Starbucks just isn't as special as it seems. It is decent quality, but does not live up to the hype.
I DO like the french and colombian roasts though. I tried the christmas blend from Starbucks recently, and it was surprisingly good.

I used to work at Starbucks. I got 1lb of free coffee every week and full health benefits and I didn't complain. I haven't decided what coffee I am going to buy since I stopped working there. I have some Kona coffee that I will try.
Oh and there are a few decent blends of coffee from Starbucks. Espresso Roast for the espresso machine, Sumatra, Komodo Dragon and some others. Pretty much all of their seasonal stuff sucks. I feel like I lost my soul having to promote their shitty drinks I didn't like.

Wow fancy. I've got a Mr. Coffee that only can make two cups at a time. Idk what a coffee percolator would do, and I've never tried a french press.
I like hazelnut coffees a lot, any recommendations as far as that flavor?

A percolator is more old school. It uses water in a bottom chamber, heats bubbles up through this tube in the middle chamber which contains the coffee grinds and out the top pouring back into the bottom chamber. You put it on the stove. I use it for the burn and camping and stuff.
I also have the Mr. Coffee but the more high class one... You know the $20 dollar one instead of the $8 dollar one Mr. Coffee also made my espresso machine which I found for $30 on Black Friday. Too bad the steam wand broke.
Another coffee device I have is a Ibrik. Have any of you had Turkish Coffee? Like it or not?
Sumatra is one of my favorite blends So delicious, earthy and spicy.

I do miss having a DD nearby they have about the only drip coffee I will drink from any restaurant. Just too many bad cups to risk it haha.
And Though I have never used one aren't french presses supposed to be the best way to brew?

The past few months i have been drinking folger's black silk. It's strong, but not bitter. Normally I would snub my nose to folgers or maxwells, but I'm sold on this one....it's pretty dank and it's something you WILL find in almost any grocery store.

French Press is the best way for the most part. I mean if you want to unlock the full flavor and potential of the bean then the best way to drink it is in out of the Press. It has a slow brewing process that doesn't require it to be left on a hot surface like auto drips or percolators which in turn is what gives the coffee those burned flavors that you find in SBUX coffee. I mean usually when coffee tastes bad its because of the process its made with, or because the person doesn't know what they are doing. I am a strong believer that each blend should have its own way to be brewed to unlock the full flavor.
The only downside I have seen with French Presses is that the coffee can cool down in a shorter amount of time then if were left on a hot plate on a auto drip machine but boy is it worth it but in all honesty it will stay warm longer then you think. You just need a thermal mug.
Id recommend anyone who hasn't tried coffee from a french press to go do it. If you need proper instructions on how to do it I would be glad to help too Its really low tech and easy to do.

And also Dephect where do they usually sell french presses and for how much?

First of all Chocolate coffee. The only one I really know by heart of the top of my heart is a Starbucks blend called Verona. Really smooth and subtle cocoa hints. They sell french presses everywhere. Target, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Starbucks, Wal-Mart. Anywhere that sells a auto drip will have a french press. I have one of the cheap glass kind and it works perfectly. Just look over by the tea pots and you will see it. Mine cost me about $20 $25. I can't really remember the price.
