So as you all know I'm doing a hempy bucket grow. When I transfer the seedlings into the solo cups, do the cups need to have just a single hole in the side of them? Also how far up the side of the cups does the hole need to be?

I think you want the hole in the bottom of the cup? Otherwise water would pool up to your hole.
I'd put like 4 1/8th inch holes in the bottom... Get a nail red hot and poke 'er through

That's right, hempys... Cool I'm curious now too. Do they make actual hempy buckets? Like soilless pots?

I put mine about 1-1.5" from the bottom. On the solo cups it hit the bottom "O" on the side of the cups.
