is advertising seed banks such a good idea. i mean, isn't that how overgrow got shut down?
i think that it would be breaching the legal line for this site.

Depends.
If someone really got a bee in their bonnet both the shroomery and here could be prosecuted.
Both places assist vendors selling goods that can be used illegally, and both places would, if prosecuted, likely be alleged to have known or intended that folks would use those items in an illegal manner.
If anything comes of it, I doubt it will be meerly an allegation that someone assisted seeds being distributed, and so I doubt the legality of the seed itself makes that big of a difference when compared to spores.
I'd imagine those interested would pursue the actual providers of the seeds, not here- hopefully.
But it's not like the there's some bright line between selling seeds and selling spores as far as prosecution of the -ery sites is conerned, if that's what you mean. A site such as this could be criminally convicted if they only sold lights, or ziplocks.
