Can't find anything other than a few passing mentions of Mulford Laboratories. There's a Melford Labs in England but I'm guessing the Mulford of Philadelphia closed down long ago.
Would it be possible for you to type out it's full listing of contents? That random list of chemicals is pretty interesting.
