Those are cannabis buds.  They look like it anyway.  When the cannabis plant goes into the flowering stage it grows dense flowers that are composed of calyx's and leaf matter.  When smoked it gives most people a high feeling.  Some people call it being stoned.  Nice hijacking btw.  :tongue:  jk of course.  Thanks for sharing!
