My tests came back from the sleep lab I did and I have sleep apnea...No wonder I've been feeling like shit for the past 4 years and nobody could tell me why.
Its good to finally know whats the cause and how I can treat it to get on with my life but fuckin a man I don't want to have a disease that is I mean...Its not something that goes away, its here to stay.

My friend has sleep apnea, it causes/d a lot of problems in his life and no matter what he tries to do it will be a chronic/lifelong problem...

My dad has sleep apnea and gets a discount off his electric bill because he uses one of those machines. No joke, you might want to look into that, lol. My dad seems to have better sleep with that machine, he likes the results i guess. I've tried it on before, its not that bad. But since its strapped to your head when you lie down facing up it kinda feels like your strapped down. But you get used to it pretty quick though.

Yea, you stop breathing several times during the night with sleep apnea. It makes sure you still get oxygen when you stop breathing. My dad has to wear that thing.
