Im not sure but for I think it would be pretty hard to grow up here if its native to hawaii

Availability for baby or regular woodrose is not a problem. They are basically a nusance plant here on the island and grow all over the other trees. I have found a couple good spots to get them. The number of seeds per pod usually depends from my experience, but 3 - 5 is common. They would be a pain in the arse to get unless you go to the gulches and vallies.
As far as the Hawaiian Haze stuff, i am not sure. Never tried it and again it is basically a weed growing around here.
