 MJ Whipped Cream

First post here on the Growery, but been a long time browser. Just thought I'd post in the first forum I had any contribution to in order to introduce myself, kinda.
Anyway, I cooked up some whipped cream earlier this summer. I didn't follow any recipe, I just cooked it with the understanding that marijuana must be heated in some sort of fatty medium to have any real affect. I must say, it was fucking delicious and quite effective.
A good .3-.4 grams of weed I wanted to finish off.
I was worried it wouldn't be enough, so I added a bunch of resin from my light bulb vape straw. This stuff is potent! Basically honey oil...
Then mixed it up well in some whipping cream and double-boiled the concoction for a good thirty minutes. Of course add sugar and whatnot...
Added some fresh crushed cardamon...
then refrigerated over night. The cream needs to be cold to whip properly. Enjoyed it with some strawberries after breakfast the next day.
I then went for a bike ride on the nature paths we have in our town. A sample of what it has to offer.
I often trip in these nature reserves as well.  So beautiful...
Basically, one of the best marijuana experiences in a damn long time. Sure, it was light. i could've very easily taken more weed, but that .3 is all I had left. The resin probably made the equivalent of near a gram fresh weed. I love the high of eating MJ, so much cleaner and warmer.

Did the cream become "un-homogenized" when you cooled it down? Like, did the fat float on the top and the rest on the bottom?

What kind of cream did you use? I think if I were gonna do this I'd heat the weed in some oil to get out the THC and mix it into the cream to avoid destroying it.

Sounds cool! I'm with Buddy and Smoakland wondering about the cream surviving the heat... and also concerned with using ground weed. Seems like using hash or butter or something for consistency...?
I think I'll give it a shot, though. I'll post it if'n I do!

Ok to answer some questions I guess...
I used whipping cream. It's like half and half, but I think it has less fat. The fattier the cream, the better.
Hell, if you have a whipped cream dispenser (for all you nitrous junkies ) I bet you could put the cream into there after it's cooked and chilled.
The cream was a bit harder to whip after it had been cooked, and it didn't quite whip up as fluffly and light as before, but I was definitely able to whip it enough. If you're using a whisk, it helps to move the whisk up and down to pull air into the cream.
The consistency wasn't bad at all. I kinda like the taste of weed tho, so it may be a matter of personal preference. There definitely were small chunks of veg. matter 
I'm glad this got some appreciation! I think I'll try making some "bhang" soon. I got the idea for the whipped cream from bhang itself: using very fatty milk to extract the resins. 
and thanks for the welcome; I'll be slowly migrating here from the shroomery as I approach my first attempt at "gardening".

May I ask why you didn't strain the cream? The process should be similar to butter so the THC would be extracted in the fat. Once your done with the extraction it should be safe to stain the plant matter.
Also FYI whipping cream has more fat then Half & Half. Whipping cream has the highest fat content.
