i'm gonna hook my grandpa up
he cant hear for shit, but he can still drive so i'd need something that can transmit phone calls to FM and use a hands free mic or whatever
can anyone help me out? (educating my ignorance on this would be nice)

My friend went to a car audio shop and they installed a small box with a button that when pressed answers your phone connected through bluetooth, plays it through the car speakers, and the box has a microphone on it so you can talk back 
Im not sure what its called but im sure you can google around and find something similar, I think it cost him about $100 (not sure if thats including installation)
