Came home to a bigass fire - been burning for a week now, scorching 140,000+ acres so far and is not expected to be fully contained until September 15th!  Here's some of the pictures I've been taking:

it's been so smokey out here for the last 6 days that we could barely even see the moon at night. they're telling us it's all from california and I'm almost a thousand miles west.
