get tostitos or some other kind of nacho chips and put shredded cheddar cheese on them and microwave them for 30 seconds its mad easy i eat it all the time when i dont feel like making/buying something
or applebees curbside to go is always good if you want resturant food but dont feel like sitting in a resturant. its pretty fast too, idk if theres a applebees by you

Quesadillas rock. Get some cheese, re-fried beans, any kind of meat, chop the meat into pretty small chunks and just toss them in it, add some hot sauce, you got yourself a good meal!

And I make burritos out of whatever leftovers I have. This usually means I buy shit that will be good in burritos.
