New member here! Anyone out there???

Hi.

I've been a long time poster at the shroomery and noticed this forum show up awhile ago but have yet to check it out.

I have grow some prime herbage in the past and have really been getting the itch to do it again.

I grew for about 5 years and am always learning. When I thought I knew everything, I experienced something new that improved what I was doing even more. Each year I grow I get even better. I'm amazed at the complexity of the plant. It's easy to grow but hard to master. I might even consider it an art, somewhat of never being able to master it but only having you own twist on it(if that makes any sense).

I love just seeing the beauty of the plants even if I didn't get the joy of smoking it.

I hope to learn even more from you guys if I decide to grow again but I've noticed the most knowledge I've gained is from good old fashioned first hand experience.

First question I have is, 1) Is this place like the shroomery that you have to have a certain number of posts to gain access to other forums?

I've been a member of the shroomery since 99 so I don't even remember not having access to anything. Unless there's some mega secret forum I don't know about.

I haven't really checked the forum out that much but I just recently found a local supplier of foxfarm products and was looking for some quality grow logs/journals with previous context.

I believe it's 50 posts to leave ratings, and time on some other forums.

Time wise 30 to 90 days diferent things come open to you.

Welcome DopeySmurf. Get a grow going and post some pics. Or just sit around and look at everyone elses. Then roll a phatty, lite it, and put $100 in an envelope, address it to me, and then use it as a tax write off at the end of the year. (Just seeing How much of my to do list He'll do)

I only could find one pic at the moment so I guess I'll share.

It's not too impressive but it was one of my first grows.

The buds got to big for the plant, it was ridiculous.

Plus you notice my ghetto tin foil in place of Mylar lol. I was a cheap mofo at the time.


I really prefer outdoor grows because the plants can get monstrous.

Yea outdoor is great no restrictions on space all the air circulation you could want and no electricity:thumbup:  Plus I've seemed to notice on my outdoor that the trichomes seem to swell alot bigger and seem to be a lot more them then most of the indoor plants ive seen.
