It will start soon. Some strains don't finish flowering until late fall depending where you live. So as long as you are sure it is a female then the time is coming.

What time does the sun rise and set in your area? Is it showing ANY preflowers yet? It looks good in size, within afew months it could be pretty big..

Right about now-ish, depending on your exact location, is when they should be starting to flower. Were I live, we just crossed the 15/9 mark last week so give it a few weeks and she should be throwing out her private areas like crazy.
