i have female jack herer bagseed and it has a single male flower hasnt pollinated yet if i let it will the seeds produced be feminized?

yeah it will be feminized but it will also have the same tenancies to herm out, unless the male flower was caused by stress. I would wait for it to start dropping pollen, manually pollinate a few buds on the lower part of the plant, and then snip it off.
