They are straight. Monster stems.

Visually I personally like long thin ones

Growin mushrooms is a piece of piss. I made a mess of my cakes the first time I tried growing them and they still grew fine. A monkey could do it.

I'd a look around and could only find pics of the mycellium growth. If I find any pics of the final product I'll stick them here if you don't mind. In the end only two jars didn't get infected. Cubensis Mexicana in brown rice flour cakes, basic pf tek. And they took way longer than they should have, I guess cause of the overly soaked cakes. Got the ratio completely wrong.

lol not sure what you mean but I have a lid stuffed with polyfil on the jars to keep out contams. Otherwise they would already have some.
