Pizza (thin and crispy base, pepper, fresh tomato, mozzerella wet and grated, salami, chilli basil sauce, mushrooms)
Making a thin and crispy base for first time. Read somewhere that if you put sauce and toppings on without prebaking your base it makes it thin and crispy.
For desert a apple, plum and custard strudel with orange and soft cheese ice cream.
Beer and some comedy.

They'd go well on some toast, with garlic butter, cheese and tuna.
