I don't drink every day, but I feel like I drink more than I should (usually a 6-pack two times a week)... Since I figured out there's a local kava source for a reasonable price with quality product, I may see if I can't switch over to that.

3 ounces is cheaper than a sixpack (at least form my source), and will get you feeling pretty good. Alcohol is just bad news... it's like a guilty pleasure for me.

Well it varies depending on the quality of the kava. I've only drank an oz worth, and i'm about as faded as I've ever been from kava... guess I need to lay off it for an hour or so. I never had much success with the IAS kava
