like the title reads, whats the best strain for anxiety (and/or obsessive compulsive disorder).
im thinking indica, but after that im lost. suggestions growery?

Well Indica is a good starter really, try to find a pure Indica or a mostly Indica strain. They should all work, but I would like to warn your going to be couch glued after smoking.

I have found that any purple strain has helped me sleep, relax, and helped with anxiety. I will try to remember which one it was but it wasn't too strong as some purples can be and it taste really good.
Try to remind me I forget a lot of shit so...But I'll try to.

So far my favorite strain to battle social anxiety has definately been that awesome strain called Ketamine HCL.

that's why I used to just loove the shroomery
in my state growing protabela shrooms is much easier than obtaining good MJ sadly

I know mushrooms have been proven to help cluster headaches, but can you find me any sources stating that they help headaches in general? I would love to read an article on that topic.

A mix of Purple Kush and Grandaddy Purple with a little Bubble Hash at the bottom of the bowl should handle it.
Or a few of these a day. joint made with pressed hash as the paper.

Sorry for bumping this thread, but I feel like it is a good topic and there are not other threads like this out there which talk about specific cannabis strains to obtain a certain mind frame or help with an illness.
Anyway, I always feel like I am about to commit a national crime whenever I see this:

He was migraine free for the rest of his life... also he could talk with dolphins.

judging by the HCL part (hydrochloride) i think hes talking about ketamine
and for me any type of bud helps when im feeling anxious, but that may be because ive probably never had a pure sativa strain.

some of the weed i smoke never causes a problem, but then some strains give me a fast heart rate and gives me anxiety.
does anyone know if indica or sativa dom. strains give that fast heartrate more?

They both cause the heart rate, and/or anxiety?
Idk if its just me, but different strainsnseem to effect my body awareness different, so I can notice things in my body more than I already do. Which in turn couldcause some anxiety
