 Planning a guerilla grow

I am planning to do an outdoor guerilla grow. When would be the preferable time to plant my germinated seeds in Kentucky?
Ive never grown anything aside from a couple indoor plants. Any info at all would be helpful, and Im searching around to find more.

I would probably transplant them outdoors anytime during the month of May. It's a good idea to transplant after the last frost.

Having anything illegal in the house (even a pipe or a bottle of beer) is not an option. I got rid of everything due to the threat of search.
My spot is a good 30 miles away. I dont think theyd go through the trouble of sending forensics experts in to trace it back to me.

I am in Kentucky as well, currently looking for a good spot, i would do the woods out back but last year bulldozers came and cleared out where my plants were. it was a sad day i was walking out to feed them and i see all these fucking vehicles leveling the part i had grown in. apparently some rich guy that lives back there wanted a damn baseball field made for his kids...

Update: Planted today.
How often should I manually water? Im planning on doing it every second day without rain.
I will be setting up an irrigation system eventually since water is locally available.

wouldnt do it that often, but when u do i think its best to do it in the morning hours and around the same time each time
