so i just re-rigged my flower room, 3x4 scrog under 1200w of HPS, buncha plants in pots of coir around the edges. think im an idiot for guesstimating 12oz from teh scrog? its 12 plants, SSH, ebb and flow using lucas formula. im in veg about to switch to flower.

an ounce per plant?
i think you could do better 
i think someone possibly magash was growing flowering clones immediately after they had rooted and established in a solo cups... and was getting an ounce per plant that way. could be wrong though.
i'm not expert though but an ounce per plant seems very small.

What watt are those two lamps wattage and is that a sativa purebred because those look lanky as hell and you probably guessed wrong. I had a 3x3 aero system going under one 600w and got a pound and a half out but that was using a heavy yeilding strain and I had worked the genetics myself for 3 years.

no it is not a sativa purebred it is super silver haze a sativa dominant hybrid. they look lanky as hell because they were growing freely and i just tied everything into a screen today so it hasnt filled out yet. and as i mentioned, 1200w of HPS = 600 + 600

It's easy to get 1oz per plant with a 400w HPS, or even a good amount of fluoros. I'de expect you'de get more than that!

it's not like a super huge amount, but I've seen grows in your space with only half that much light.
but hey, no reason not to

so I'm really curious to what happened to your grow? This is very similar to the set up that I was planning on doing. Just wanted to get some information before I actually try this set up and end up yielding only an oz. per plant. So any new info on the actual dry yield from this set up notepad?
