I have been smoking for around a year and a half. I noticed what it once took me one bowl to get to, it now takes me 2. I realize that this is due to my body building up a tolerance. My question is, If I only allow myself to smoke one bowl at night, will my body readjust to getting as high from one bowl as I do now from 2?
If not, I feel a break coming on =[.

probably. I normally smoke 2-3 times per day but find on days where I am just too busy to bake all day, that smoking a bowl at the end of the night always works for me.
as long as you are smoking good weed and not shwag a bowl should always be able to get you high
shame im out of drugs. just a couple of xanie bars left

shwag still gets me high.
just not anywhere near where i wanna be.
ddp, just skip a few days and nights if possible then smoke a bowl in the morning or evening and you'll be able to see a difference in tolerance.

i generally change instrument. Like if i smoke in a bowl for a couple days, i will alternate with Join, than bong than back to pipe

Nah, its the same. He switchs between 3 different strains of dro. Over this past winter, I started smoking several times aday normally. I think this is why I pushed me tol levels up, but now I am only allowing 3 bowls max at night. If not, then I'll prob have to quit and go through those silly withdrawal sleeplessness =[

yeah quit a few days then when you back to smoke dont smoke as much....space out your session, as in once twice maybe three times a day......and dont smoke when you dont really have to because if you smoke because your friends are and you aren't really fiendin' you will build up a tolerence when you dont have to...

yea only doing one sess a day at night around 9.

thats true. I'm gonna see how I feel later tonight. This is my second day with only at night. Last night, I was higher yea, but still not where I want to be. Maybe tonight will be better?
