doing good, really good.
And all those cigarettes i was having was more of rationalizing to myself of the idea of weening myself off of them I dont know how much of it was my mind playing the give me game or was it actually for the best. This sleepless night is really getting to me. More the reason to not slip up. Cheers

40 something hours since my last fix. I hope i can sleep tonight last night i probably got 3 hours, and wicked terrible nightmares
Aches and pains all over to.
