what's wrong with that plant?? looks like it's wilted or something-- have you been overfeeding?? underwatering?? is it too hot in the grow area or is there no ventillation?? happy plants make more buds in less time

How many days in are you? What kind of light are you using? Is that an incandescent bulb I see? They have a ways to go, the hairs are all white still. Do they get 100% darkness during the off period, no light leaks? You using 12/12 cycle? There isn't going to be much of a yield once it all dries...
