It's my friends birthday tomorrow/today(tuesday). We went out tonight because he's busy the rest of this week. I over did it. Several shots, liquor&beer pitchers. Probabaly be out soon, but what's everyone up to?

I'm not a drinker, and i sure as hell cant hold my drink. It's just that i alwyas wake up with the most awful hangovers no matter what remedy i try, even as a teen i couldnt drink. But BUD< Bud has always been a friend to never cause any second thoughts about doing it unlike liquor. There nothing like getting blissfully stoned.

Oh yeah, by far i'll take my herb over the alcohols any day. I don't overdue it usually and will try to down a few big glasses of water before I go to bed to get rehydrated.

milk thistle, dandelion and some other will help heal your liver. If you cant hold liqour well your liver is weakend. Alcoholics jsut have high tolerance to the effects usually. and for hangover what si that uhh one arr too many herb names in my brain.. Kudzu root. It has lots of oxygen and shit really does rid your hangover. If anyone wants like sample you can pm me.

Yeah I actually have some milk thistle supplements. My mom told me about it when I first started drinking. I really don't drink very much but still not that healthy I suppose.

mhm, that is why i like the kudzu root i rarely drink also but when i make a jackass of myself i got that to fall back on in the morning and be more of a jackass without a headache the next day. lol
