i dont have any heating and my room temp is at 50, and the outside temp is 23. my hands are numb, i need to make coffee stat

I'm finally getting a melt around here.
It was like -8f for 5 days straight my basement apartment walls had a cold draft coming of them 2 feet away...
ran my oven non stop as a heater.

its 50 here in LA right now, not supposed to get much warmer than that. it was really cold yesterday and somewhat rainy, but its nice and clear and sunny, and cold today
