exactly. there is nothing for the younger crowd to do, so they do stupid shit like this:
there's actually research papers on the subject. i had to study a lot about the culture in that area. look up dubai or saudi on youtube and you'll find all kinds of street racing, climbing huge light poles, spinning from a ceiling fan upside down, jumping through windows... it's how they have fun.
