For the record the term for what he did is a spree killer. It's like a serial killer just in a shorter period of time. He shoulda dressed in a grinch suit though, that woulda been

his neighbor saw him an hour before the shooting and the killer said "merry christmas" and the neighbor said he was acting normal, crazy
