its best to replace it with something
some people have sex when they want a cig
or if you dont have a gf you can just smoke weed
some people chew gum
or snap a rubberband on their wrist
things like that
or whatever works for you

no i cant not smoke everyday
i was just planning on limiting myself to a couple grams a day
but i need a wake and bake every morning to get my day started
always makes it right

Cut back to only smoking once per day
Cut back on the other drugs as well
Make a 3.0 or better GPA

I cant even lie to myself and say I will comitt to a fitness program. I just dont have the motivation. I still workout just not as much as I should

Stop drinking so much and to quit smoking but with an exception of while rolling Need to cut back on some drugs for sure. Already started on this a while ago haven't got loaded in weeks and don't smoke much at all i think 2009 is gonna be a good year:)

Nice, thats how many I took last semester, im very glad I started off with a lighter load
I got 16 this semester and no bullshit classes
