i think they scapegoated him for his refusal to do business with Bank of America.
mess with the bankers, they will FUCK you.
i wouldn't be surprised to find out it was all contrived
anybody that messes with the bankers from a position of power ends up getting fucked.
á la JFK Executive Order 11110 that returned money printing responsibilities to the Treasury Dept instead of thru the Fed Reserve.
couple months later, blammo! of course nobody knows for sure if this theory is correct, as there are plenty of other theories, but it's an interesting correlation between the authority of bankers and such.
