But at least the tazers themselves aren't lethal, right?

one state made it illegal to tase sum1 hopped up on coke or meth
4got which 1 it was
but ya at least 1 state knows wutsup
if ur stimulated and u get tased ur heart gets FUCKED

And to think some friends of mine and I burned my taser up tasing each other. It was a cheap though.

we have so many god damn tweakers running around that they fucking had too. im surprised it took them this long.
i think the law is if they show any signs of being under the influence of certain drugs or alcohol (not sure if alcohol is included) then they cannot use the taser (why is it telling me that taser is misspelled?)
