Nah, when you smoke a breakthrough dose you can't really move (and trying to is a bad idea). Your body lays in a comatose state while your mind takes a brief trip to hyperspace.
If it helps, I hear that amphetamines make it easier to blow through large quantities of DMT in a short amount of time.
