dude , jealousy here in florida trust me!
our state has the harshest 1st time offender laws than any other state. Min $1000 fine & 1 year jail or probation which is usually always probation. 99% of the time. One of our elected leaders... possibly un-elected at this point can't recall  ...... said that she was bound & determined to follow suit on making salvia illegal, that it needs to stay in the harsh drug categories that marijuana cocaine and heroin fall into, and my congressional representative voted to allow the government increased budget to allow them to allot funds to fighting medical marijuana initiatives- namely DEA, Fed and FBI.
congratulations man though, i knew it would pass. the Drug Czar needs to be sacked

i think medical use will come first, followed by decriminalization
but yeah, the more and more states i see pass laws of the such, the happier i get... every state is one step closer
