at my college the halloween parties are the best!
last year one party i stopped by at had 13 kegs, countless jello shots, and i met a guy dressed up as towelie and we got high in the front yard. then the police busted it. so we walked next door to the next party 
if your school is a party school expect to have fun. girls dressed all slutty and everyone's out to have a good time.
