yeah I am getting quite a bit stronger, havent noticed me putting on much weight but I sure I am
I was finally able to bench press 135, 2 times. Not that you care but its a good sign for me that my work is paying off

holy shit, so i'm watching cops...
routine traffic stop whatever... in the background you hear tires squeal and you can see a guy on a bike in the background get hit by a car, his body goes flying through the air. i'm never riding my bike on a street again.

yeah I am always nervous when im riding in the bike lane, I always think ima get splattered but its better than having to dodge all the students on the sidewalk
