For the last few days I have been feeling exactly like that...Just angry for the sake of being angry.
It isn't fun.

You may be confusing anger for frustrations, I know sometimes I just feel completely tense and filled with anger. Usually is some sort of deep rooted frustration from stress with someone, something, or a situation.

i get random anger with stress. if i had a vicodin that would be perfect, but otherwise i just try to chill the fuck out with a nice break. take a time out to just breathe, it doesn't hurt.

No, nothing like that. I am usually the most laid back person I know. Just been feeling out of it the last few days.

I have felt anger many a time but there was usually some underlying stimuli that I would need to rip the scab off of in order to investigate.
