I work at a movie theater and this was in the crack between two seats.
A nice solid little pipe. Just needs a little TLC and it will be as good as new.

The guy who left it probably is a dickhead and just goes around to headshops and buys like 10 5$ glass bowls and rubs the mouth piece on his asshole/balls/dick and then just leaves them in random places so people will use them.

I was just joking I've used a glass pipe that I've found before. Its no different than hitting a bowl that someone passes to you, you don't know what the hell has touched the mouth piece but you hit it anyway;)
