Next Season Outdoor Grow
    #122770 - 09/15/08 10:43 PM (15 years, 7 months ago)

I live in Western PA and was wondering the best month to put seeds in, and whats the best mix to put in with them?

Is there anything to do to keep the bugs eating at them when they are little guys, cause that always ruins my plants.....And should I find them as much sun as possible or half and half?

Dude...second thread. Do some searching. Neem oil, garlic spray, habanero spray, dish soap all work for most pests. Copper tape for slugs and snails. Apparently someone else suggested powered lion urine to keep away deer and other critters. Look around in other forums for other growers near your area and see what they're doing. I would imagine (and this is just a guess) you'd put the plants out in summer....and then harvest.....in the fall.....yeah. Make your own mix or copy someone elses. Promix is good I hear. FoxFarm is good I hear (with supplemented perlite).

This thread was moved from Marijuana Cultivation.

Reason:
Grow Journals is for documenting current grows, whereas Outdoor & Greenhouse Cultivation is for asking questions regarding growing outdoors. Please take more time to read the forum descriptions before choosing which forum to post in.
