crackling weed = harsh chemicals used to fertilize the plant and then not flushed well before harvest, imo.
feed the soil, not the plant.

Maybe you've come across idiots that would fall for shit like that but I havent so I guess thats why I don't believe people would do that. I'm sure weed has been laced with pcp before and sold but it is not some mass marketing scheme to get people to come back to buy more. I'm willing to bet most if not all people would probably flip out since they didnt know what was coming and never want to touch that weed again. I doubt its very fun to be like this
