dont smoke it. it lasts about 3-4 hours. I did alot last night its awesome.

yes, it increases the effects and both depress your respiratory system. take too much of both and you die.

Hydrocodone is good by itself. But even better with alcohol(can be dangerous) and cannabis. I usually didn't care about dosing so much acetaminophen, because I didn't consistently take vicodins enough to keep damaging my liver. If you want to take high doses, I recommend doing a cold water extraction to get rid most of the acetaminophen.

If you don't do any opiate based drugs regularly hydrocodone will get you quite high. 2.5mg wont be enough to get you high though, take 10mg to get high and chew them before you swallow. That should be enough for a first timer to get an itchy nose.  Still only takes me less than 20mg and I do oxy occasionally.
p.s. don't worry about the tylenol, you only have to worry about that if you try and take hydrocodone daily.

I usually crush em up and combine with xanax bars in a blunt. coaster smoked one with me
