Its a secret shroomery scam.
Basically you gotta be a member for atleast 5 years and have over 10,000 posts to be eligable, but you have to be selected out of the pool which is randomised but i think it has to do with ratings. If your lucky enough to be selected then you are in with 20 other users. Each week this happens but its kinda a secret because when you win you not only get banned from the site for a week but you also get cash vouchers to spend at the sponsored vendors websites. So as you can probably calculate it can be quite a lucrative persuit. Also everyone who wins recieves adulation from the losers.
