Im not being paranoid about police. Im paranoid about hackers. He already mentioned IP bans so as a mod he must have access to some of the users computer info.
Even here I know stoney has all of our IPs and possibly even MACs but its a tight knit community. A good hacker could gain remote access to your comp simply by having someone click a .gif in their signature.
Whats sketch is this guy doesnt even introduce himself, he just immediately says CLICK THIS LINK which goes to an outside website. The fact that its a streaming service encourages users to be connected to the site for a long duration of time.
Maybe its legit and were just being noid...but this day in age id rather be paranoid then too trusting. Like that barry cooper never get busted guy says in his videos...youre not being paranoid if its really happening.

i gotcha. yea that is a good point. i just know some the users who get paranoid and making comments, your not actually one i'm familiar with SSH tho, are actually paranoid about police.

I don't own the website I just made a channel on cytube so if anything cytube should be the only hacking you NOT me. Has PO been hacked? He was spamming the chat and my account on growery but have I hacked him? I only ip banned him while hackers would did worst especially how annoying he was. It also doesn't show me the IP it comes up scrambled like this for example t5.1g5.9zt.7qH even ask SurReality that it doesn't come up with the full IP. I'll even make you a moderator to see for yourself or go make your own channel on cytube. The only people that has your ip is the website owner of cytube not a channel owner like me. A couple of people from growery has been on my channel and NONE made a post on this forum saying "STONED TV IS A SCAM" and the channel has been up for over a week now. Now please being paranoid and go on the channel and check fort yourselves that nothing will happen. If you click on the link there's really nothing to be scared off. If this was a hack Stoneth would of took down this post but he hasn't and he's aware that it's still here there's obviosuly a reason why the post hasn't been taken down. Please don't start coming up with theories saying that stoneth is in on this as well. Some reddit mods go on it regularly and are ok with me posting it on their subreddit. Most of the times I'm offline I only come on at night

"Sounds" If you weren't paranoid to click on a simple link highlighted in green then you wouldn't judge by the way it "sounds". I could of said growery and shroomery sounded boring but it's better than I expected when I joined the two sites instead of using reddit all the time

i wouldn't take to heart what a lot of people say here. some people just don't want intermingling between various communities and are a bit like a high school clique who take offense if you hang out with another crowd. but not all people are like that here.
the bump i did on your pub thread picked up tho, i think you'll find that the shroomery is a bit more welcoming while many people that post in the lounge here were just banned from the shroomery and are inherently rude.
