Now must figure out how to post more pics. Hmm.
Hope all likes. First time super duper ghetto grow. 200 watt cfll 24/7 for about 5 weeks now. One transplant from crappy ass jiffy starter pellets. I know plants. I do bonsai for way may fun than the people that sell them.
I'm happy with my results. Kind of what I expected.
Think I'll change the lite cycle soon to force flower or whatever.
I have no idea if I have girls or boys...
Just really want one girl. Had no idea they grew so healthy with so many roots. She will bonsai perfectly!

No one is going to be able to tell from pics. When they get a bit older we will be able to say sativa or indica dominant, but that will be all we can tell.
Hopefully they turn out to be female.
How close are your lights to the plants?

Water when I remember(when bone dry) or they are a little droopy. Not checking ph.

One other thing I guess I should mention. About 2 weeks ago I almost killed them because I decided to go on a bender and forget about everything except booze. When i came out of it they looked horrible
Really paid attention to them for a few days and they bounced back.

Here is what I hate about cfl. Your using 200watts of cfl a oz of airy bud maybe a little more. Now double the wattage to 400 which is jack shit and use a hid and now you have a half pound using the same method. Like things the way they are then get a 65watt hid and get the same results as the 200 watts of cfl's.
Sorry I just see so many people waste so much effort using cfl's and it drives me fucking nuts.
I don't say it if I haven't done it

OP for 5 weeks of veg on a clone i would expect to be a bit bigger, like a lot lol.
Try what Magash suggested, CFL may end up being your biggest downfall leading to a disappointment

I know. I spent maybe 20 bucks on this grow for fun. The lights are still good for other shit so I really didn't spend a dime.

Yeah there are holes. Anytime you're using soil you need to have drainage holes.
Prices are going to vary on the hid but for what your doing they would cost jack shit.
Now remember when comparing the heat output of the light you have to go with the light output also. Example: Say you have a room with a 400watt hps in it. You want to replace with cfl because of the heat. Here is the problem. People go out and get 400watts of cfl lights then they are fucked. In order to get the same amount of light the 400watt hps was putting out you need 1200watts of cfl. Which runs much hotter so in reality cfl bulbs turn more of there used energy into heat then hid bulbs do.

So I mentioned that the wife totally changed her mind and said they had to go. Gave 2 to a buddy and before I knew it she flushed the other 2.
Big question though...
The Buddy I gave them to put them in total darkness. So they have went from 24/7 lites this whole time to total darkness for a week now. What has this possibly done to the plants?

Well she is turning out to be a total bitch here lately. Actually called the cops Sunday claiming I was suicidal, which I wasn't.
She has problems. Hope she can work them out. I can always grow again later.
