The guy who's building it for me is calling it an "advertising investment." Not sure how much advertising he'll get from it but I know that I'm getting a ridiculously serious hookup here.
He just put the first coat of varnish on it yesterday and sent me some pictures, how fucking pretty is this thing?

I dunno, someone called it Funkabilly Newgrass once and I guess that's pretty much spot on. We've got mando, fiddle, guitar (sometimes acoustic, sometimes electric), banjo, saxophone, electric bass and drums.

Make a brand new youtube account, upload the videos to "unlisted" (link only) and post them that way
Just post them as an anonymous track. 
I don't think theres a tineye for music!

There's like 15 different sites that do that. Some of them you don't even need the track, you can just hum the melody and they'll tell you who the artist is.

Yep, many people consider my town one of the music capitals of the country along with Austin, Seattle, Portland, NY and LA.

So talking with the band I'll definitely send a free download link to all who want it, but if any of you want a hardcopy of the album for some reason then we might have to ask for a bit of a donation. Studio time is expensive. We've been having a big debate on whether or not we should be charging for this stuff... none of us want to because free music is the shit, but we're dropping a ton of money on all this so donations are always appreciated. Just a thought.
Ya'll are my homies though, so I'll get a download code fer yah.

Dude that is some crazy stuff. Dont take this the wrong way but it's kind of funny too, you guys could have done those freecreditreport.com commercials...... again that is not a dig.

Haha yeah that song was sort of written as a joke (at least as far as the lyrics are concerned). And those freecreditreport.com guys are probably rich as shit now so I'd love to have their job!
