If you even remotely believe this article then you are a complete gullible fool. Read the comments.
Firstly, the article was published on April 1st aka April Fools Day.
Secondly, Cole was a character in the move 12 Monkeys in which he was put in a nut house for saying he was from the future and then disappeared from his cell. It is an excellent movie btw.

Yeah, I was interested until I saw the name Cole and the "disappearance" quote. Clearly a 12 Monkeys reference.
