Always start smoking again

Every time I quit cigarettes it only last a few months before I just abruptly start smoking again. I started again after 3 months without a single smoke..... I think they put some kind of time release addictive chemical in them. I was literally dreaming of smoking the last month or so.

I picked up a pack after quitting for 3 weeks.  Not quite three months but still the longest I had gone for years.

Stress of some sort triggers it for me.  My girl and I broke up so I picked up smoking again.  Any justification is bullshit, but it is what it is.

i never think about smoking, until i see someone smoking IRL or on tv, or see them at a gas station, or in an ashtray or in someones pocket. Just anytime i see anything cigarette related i crave them like a bitch.

Get some American Spirits Roll-Your-Own. At least it saves money and it helped me quit/cut back because they have no additives. You also have the ability to roll good spliffs if need be.

The tobacco is really strong so all you need is a little.

I've never been a heavy smoker just about 10-15 cigs a day so cost was never really an issue. It's just been years of light smoking. I just love to smoke during long waits, in the car and especially after a meal or toking up.

In Aus they aren't allowed to display them anywhere anymore, you have to guess which shops sell them and ask at the counter

Not for those of us who still enjoy smoking, I've been cutting down lately but I still love to buy a pouch of high end rolling tobacco and have one with a coffee. But since this happened I can't look through the brands before buying, even tough I smoke the same one all the time, I still liked having the options out in front of me :thumbdown:

Anywhere with a license to sell tobacco now has to have it out of site from the customers, you have to ask for it everywhere :thumbdown: They are getting signs now, which makes it easier but there's still no brand names as advertising cigarettes is completely illegal here now
