did any of you go through a program called GREAT. I remember being a part of that in 6th grade. It was the sequel to DARE. Still a whole bunch of bullshit propaganda though.

I remember seeing this van at a Grateful Dead concert in the Bay Area that had two stickers: one that said 'DARE to sell buds to children' and the other that said 'Just Say Grow' with a picture of Nancy Reagan holding a lit spliff. I still wonder how they kept the fuzz off their asses.

I remember that program! It was a lot like Reefer Madness only not as funny. I wouldn't mind taking that class high. What they should have told us was by the time you are 20 4 out of 5 of you will get high, and you will probably like it.
At least sex ed was informative. They told us "you probably shouldn't have sex but if you do always wear a condom". Of course we also had that assembly designed to scare the shit out of us by showing us big ass blown up pictures of STDs which nullified any positive reaction any of us got from sex ed.
