Pot and coffee and boredom.

I just watched that movie Inception and was not impressed. Total hype movie with a flimsy plot and no stakes....... trying to be smarter than it actually was by being slightly confusing. Pretentious is the word. You want a good complex movie watch Chinatown.

Exactly.  The ending was predictable too.

Yes indeed, even my nerdy ass dad hated it and he watches any crap that runs on the sci-fi network. Me at the end: " so they just slept the whole movie and a guy decides not to run his fathers business, huh lame"
Every gun shot in that movie is meaningless if you're just fucking dreaming.... also it kinda has  the same plot to Shutter Island with the crazy dead wife and the not being able to understand reality from fantasy. But that movie was at least spooky and fun.

Having the kids sent to France makes sense, I didn't even think of that. What a perfect way to simplify that fucking mess of a film.

I didn't think it sucked. It wasn't a classic or anything but it was for sure a better then average movie. I thought the story and acting were both pretty good.

I think y'all need to look up the definition for pedophile.

I just thought since it was from the writer/director of The Dark Knight that it would be amazing, I was surprised I didn't like it. Last time I was that dissappointed was when I went to see Club Dread in the theater.

Original sorta. I guess if you cross two random genres it's original. How about Vikings and Werewolves...... or Zombies vs The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants or Ninja Soccer, wait fuck.

You have to start somewhere, and you have to choose two genres that would make a good movie.

There are two due out in 2011.  One is based on Lovecraft's At The Mountains of Madness and the other is based on a graphic novel done about Lovecraft.

Its confusing trying to figure out exactly what they were trying to convey.
Definitely not going to be a classic as it has been said, but I enjoyed watching it.

Every dream I've ever had has been more vivid and exciting than Inception. I smoked a joint and watched highlander for the first time the other day and that was way more original. I mean come on a Scottish sword fighting immortal with showdowns through time ........man I'm pumped to watch the sequels. Glad I never watched these as a kid.

I watched the first three movies as a teen and adult.  I think they are good additions to modern fantasy.  I can recall some continuity issues within the movies, but I still thought they were a fun watch.

I did not like the TV series at all, but to be honest I really dislike most TV programs.

Inception did have some lame and cliche' qualities and that one big plot hole but it still had some really cool scenes and concepts.
