in sydney i pay $300 an Oz but atleast its pretty good grade IMHO
a rip when u think of it only 28 grams
but thats wat happens wen dealers all go by a common standard such bs
tbh i need better dealers

WHAT UP PEEPS.....Its nice to be in the presents of my fellow Herb-ologist. I also come from the land of funny money and magic mushrooms.

I am a recently new member at this site. I don't smoke marijuana. I get paranoid from smoking it. Have tried sativas, indicas, and mixes but I can't handle it any more. Sometimes I will eat foods made with cannabutter.
I used to smoke 4-5 days a week. That was back in the late 80s. I grew my own supply and I also had a co-op grow that I shared with friends. We never sold any of it. Selling was not a part of the spirit of our motivation.
I am lurking around the growery now because I like the innovations that come from the cannabis growing community. I have been a regular indoor and outdoor gardener for 30+ years. I don't risk the cannabis anymore since I don't smoke and I live in an intolerant place. I have grown all kinds of things indoors and outdoors. My favorite indoor grow was actually cantaloupes under a 400W HPS using GH "basic 3" mixes. I produced huge juicy melons in my basement during the middle of winter.
As far as other things are concerned, I do have a ton of hobbies. I grow edible mushrooms (learned how by growing MM back in th day). I love to read classic horror and sci-fi, like HP Lovecraft. I enjoy a lot of music from the 60s and 70s. I work with leather, wood, glass, and metal to make stuff.
I can't recall the number of Grateful Dead shows I have seen. I was a fan of the music for years before I ever went to a show and experienced the culture surrounding them.

Yes, I have some notes over at the shroomery. The most recent was how I grew oysters on salix (willow) wood. I have a huge supply of fresh salix in my yard and it worked awesome as a bulk substrate.

I've been lurking around here for a while now trying to read up on growing since I'll be attempting my first grow in the spring next year.

I sure hope Prop 19 passes! It will be a new Napa Valley for California.
I'm really not a narc, I just look like one! lol.... seriously; I've had many many people assume I am a State cop or something because I am very big, short hair, and a serious look on my face when I am not clowning around.
In a perfect world I could visit CA, sample some fantastic herb, and bring some seeds home and see what I could cook up in my closet(s).
I'd smoke regularly, but the risk of getting busted is so unpleasant it just isn't worth it. Growing and smoking my own though - that's the safest way.
I hope to learn something here, and elsewhere on the net. I need all the help I can get.
